15 Feb 2024 Böllhoff Group’s First Production Facility in Türkiye Will Be Established in İzmir
The foundations of the factory investment of Böllhoff, the world’s leading manufacturer of fasteners and industrial processing systems, in İzmir Free Zone (İZBAŞ) were laid.
Founded by Wilhelm Böllhoff in 1877, the company continues its operations with 14 production facilities in 25 countries today. Böllhoff Chairman Michael Böllhoff, who attended the groundbreaking ceremony with the company’s senior executives, said that they aim to put the investment, which is expected to cost 850 million TL in total, into operation in the third quarter of this year.
Informing that all of the products to be produced in the İZBAŞ factory will be exported to Böllhoff’s facilities in France, Michael Böllhoff stated that all the employees will be Turkish personnel and all supplies from molds to raw materials will be provided from Türkiye.
